User Guide

1. What is a Support Ticket?

A support ticket is a private conversation between you and the site's support team regarding an issue or question.

2. How to Create a Ticket

Open Support/Tickets, select New Ticket, choose the appropriate category, enter a clear subject and describe your issue.

3. Choose the Correct Category

Select the category that best matches your issue. This helps the support team understand and handle the request efficiently.

4. How to Reply

Open your ticket, enter your reply in the message box and select Send. Keep related information inside the same ticket when possible.

5. Attachments

You can attach supported image files when they are useful for explaining an issue. Avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive information.

6. Encrypt Sensitive Information

When a message contains sensitive information, enable Encrypt sensitive message with Admin PGP before sending it. The message is then encrypted for the site's official PGP key.

7. When Should You Use Encryption?

Use encryption for information that should not be readable as ordinary plaintext, such as sensitive account or communication details.

8. What Not to Include

  • Never send your PGP private key.
  • Never send your account password or passphrase.
  • Do not include unnecessary personal information.
  • Do not send sensitive information in plaintext when encryption is appropriate.

9. Closing a Ticket

When the issue is resolved, use the ticket's Close Ticket option. Keep the conversation available when it may still be needed for follow-up.

10. Security Reminder

Support will never need your private PGP key or password. Verify important information before sending it and use encryption for sensitive communications.
